Research
We study disinformation, propaganda, information operations and cyber threats.
We combine research, analysis and technology to strengthen the digital resilience of the state and society.
The interface of MADIF — a platform for monitoring information flows and supporting analyst decisions.
We study disinformation, propaganda, information operations and cyber threats.
We produce analytical materials, recommendations and forecasts.
We build software and technical solutions for detecting and countering digital threats.
We create methodologies, standards and instruments for assessing digital resilience.
We develop recommendations for public policy on information and cyber security.
We bring together researchers, analysts, technologists and public officials.
A platform for monitoring information flows and supporting analyst decisions. MADIF issues no automated verdicts: it surfaces risk signals with evidence and a reproducible trail that a human can verify.
Factual status, coordination, potential harm, data completeness and uncertainty are assessed separately rather than collapsed into a single score.
Every indicator carries its sources, model versions and stored evidence.
Results can be repeated and independently checked — a requirement of the methodology, not an option.
The system prepares material for the analyst. The analyst draws the conclusion.
We are open to working with government bodies, international organisations, academic institutions and technology partners.
The Digital Resilience Research Center is a non-profit non-governmental organisation registered in Ukraine. Its registration data is public and open to independent verification.
